Both phases of M3 Business Centre are located directly at the turn-off of M3 motorway, in the neighbourhood of Városliget. The 8- storey office building was reconstructed by ABLON Kft. in 2009 at the same time when the second phase was handed over. Following the success of the A building with 9,600 sq m rentable area the 8,400 sq m building 'B' was built behind phase 'A'.
